Our Diabetes Peer Support Group is open to anyone living with diabetes, as well as those with pre-diabetes or anyone looking to better understand how diabetes can be prevented and managed.
Through shared experiences, practical discussions and advice from guest speakers, you'll have the opportunity to learn from others who have faced similar challenges, build your knowledge and gain confidence in making positive lifestyle changes. Whether you're aiming to reduce your risk of developing diabetes or better manage your health, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment.
