This government funded programme aims to support people who are looking to take the next steps in building their leadership and management skills, developing staff or finding extra funding.

Help to Grow: Management Course - The aim of the course is to grow your leadership and management skills with a range of online and face to face sessions, peer networking and 1 to 1 mentoring sessions. Business Essentials Courses – The UK Government’s Start Up Loans has partnered up with the Open University to develop a number of free courses to develop your skills in a range of topics including entrepreneurship, marketing, sustainability and accounting.
