This government funded programme aims to support people who are looking to take the next steps in building their leadership and management skills, developing staff or finding extra funding.

There are a number of training opportunities on offer no matter where you are in your leadership journey, including: -

Help to Grow:  Management Course - The aim of the course is to grow your leadership and management skills with a range of online and face to face sessions, peer networking and 1 to 1 mentoring sessions.  The course runs over a 12-week period and has been designed by industry specialists and entrepreneurs who also deliver the sessions. https://smallbusinesscharter.org/help-to-grow-management/

Business Mentors - In addition to the 1 to 1 business mentoring delivered as part of the Help to Grow Management course, there are a number free and paid for mentors with business expertise available to support you https://www.mentorsme.co.uk/

Business Essentials Courses – The UK Government’s Start Up Loans has partnered up with the Open University to develop a number of free courses to develop your skills in a range of topics including entrepreneurship, marketing, sustainability and accounting.  All courses are online, and you can earn Open University digital badges to map your learning.  All of the courses are completely free of charge and can be completed in your own timeframe: - https://www.open.edu/openlearn/startuploans
